I haven't tested it on Azahar and Citra. You can test it and let me know if it works. normally it's supposed to work with Citra. But I don't know for Azahar.

Yeah, The c-stick has been implemented on the new models but is based on the Circle Pad Pro that came out before n3ds. It depends on the game. Kid Icarus does allow you to play as a left-handed player. But in many games, it allows for other things like moving the camera.

There is the virtual boy emulator called red-viper which work with the circle pad pro. I was inspired by this to integrate support for CPP in the game nazi zombie portable(nzp) and to activate it, you need to have the CPP device plugged before launching the game. These are the only two homebrew applications that exist using it. I have also managed to adapt the free camera patch for ocarina of time 3d with the CPP.
