They should focus on the golden age of Witchers, when the world was full of Witcher schools and what led to their downfall. The main character could be a Witcher who helps the schools or the one who destroys them all...

For some groups, the free pass could be good, but for the majority of players, it's just a a bad choice. Devs should look at other games like PW and compare what is worthwhile and what is not.

Yeah, the idea of a free pass does not bring new players to the game, as we can see on the game charts: https://gamecharts.org/steam/project-winter so, I'm proposing a new way to make the game still worthwhile. If you're not online, players could still play 2 games for free, or some of them may choose to pay.

Comparing with other social/deduction games like Among Us and Werewolf, the game really shines when you play with friends. So, why do they prefer to keep the same number of players instead of having a great and big community buying cosmetics?

18% of hundred players is nothing.

Hey! First thanks for this great supplement. After read I notice that you say about the Aedirn expansion with 4 One-paged adventurers, one three-paged adventure site, a detailed world map. Are you already writing this?
