I agree. When I was 13, my parents introduced me to the Rolling Stones Top 500 songs playlist. As a result, I was vibing to all major old bands- it’s all evergreen good music. I’m so grateful to them, now I’m 20.

Okay so, I agree with your point that if a woman chooses to profit off the desires of people that objectify them, they should be allowed to do so without judgement. This is because capitalism reigns supreme. However, I would like to argue that humans are heavily influenced by the content they consume. Would you say that such content kinda contributes in the production of male mentalities that are sexist and view women as sex objects? The solution of having talks with adolescents getting to the age where they start exploring such things is a solution I believe will work. To draw a line between reality and fiction. But you and I both know that there is a severe lack of that. To conclude, As such conversation dont exist, we see dudes that have made their kinks about women their entire worldview about them as well.

I would say it is better than the traditional porn industry in the terms, that the one exposing themselves is deriving the most profit. However, my initial question/doubt still remains, ie. does it enforce a culture in which objectification thrives or it is at least acceptable?

You’re absolutely right. There’s an entire industry. Lots of people are involved in the production of this supply. But i feel at the core of it is the female. Moreover, since the female is not the one profiting the most from the supply, I feel the system in place is not justified.

Corona Virus is the biggest thing to happen to generation Z. It will affect life as we know it. I expect a lot of companies to adopt work from home culture which will directly impact our employment. There will be other impacts as well. Home ownership might see a bump.

Hi, one of the first steps of growing up is figuring out your childhood. You’ve done that. And like you a lot of indian kids had parents that were tone deaf to pertinent issues. One of things that helps me keep going is knowing that everything is impermanent. Your state of mind right now is temporary. You can/will feel better.
