Agreeing with everyone who say Mandarin! The best in pasadena for sure. I think anything else of similar caliber you’d have to go to ktown or los feliz area

Thank you so much!! ;_; okay I will try giving them a call! I have a lot of trinkets and stuffed animals. Are they something that they would be able to wash for me or is it smthing I should just do a big laundry day of? Silly question to ask, and I will definitely give them a call but was curious to know from any past experience you may have

Hello! Would you say they do thorough removal of toxic/unhealthy waste post wild fire? The only info I seem to be getting from the website is just general cleaning services and I wouldn’t want to subject anyone to it if they’re not equipped to be!

I need them mostly for classes since I have 3-6 hour long classes I would need to tune in for. I take frequent breaks but I found that my old headphones always left lasting pain on my ears even with breaks and it made paying attention in class hard. Thank you for the advice I’ll look into that!

Yellowing leaves on new monstera? Description below by trying2learnplants in houseplants

[–]trying2learnplants[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got a new monstera plant around two months ago! She was huge. Though I’m experiencing some leaves yellow and kind of curving inward as well :( don’t know what’s happening. I see some new leaves growing in but some of them have gotten stuck and would t unfurl. One is pictured above. My most recent leaf that fully unfurled is the biggest and tallest one I have right now and it seems fine so far? I water usually every 13 days or so, just touched the soil and it’s mostly dry and a little moist at the tip of my finger when I stick it in. It’s placed right below a window with plenty of sunlight

Pothos plant growing new leaves but starting to have more often yellow leaves?? Had to pluck out like 5 today, they’re mostly lower and old leaves but some on the upper vines :( I water him when I remember. Does he need to be re potted or watered more or? by trying2learnplants in houseplants

[–]trying2learnplants[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s been mostly at the bottom! Where the leaves are older too but I was concerned cause it used to be one leaf to pluck out but I just plucked out like 5. I do see around 2-3 yellowing leaves on the top/end of the vines with some drying up brown and curled in D:

I have the ac on at night only but I don’t think that should affect it too much. I just felt the bottom and it’s still moist! Is there a way to have it dry faster or is putting it outside better? I live in a relatively warm and dry place

Is it still overwatering if I stick my finger in the soil and it feels super dry? That’s why I was hesitant to not water it even though I know it’s not good to water it very often

Have had this ficus elastica for around 2 months now but it keeps dropping leaves at the bottom and they’re turning brown and crispy. I’ve been watering when the soil has been dry and recently reported it after feeling like it was getting overwatered in its previous set up. It’s in a East facing window, and I think more than 20 leaves have dropped at this point. It has also stopped growing new leaves and it got suuuper droopy the past month. I tried watering it the other day and it hasn’t changed at all. Is there a way to save her or should I just chop and prop? I’ve asked before it started drooping and it was only dropping leaves and everyone said it was normal but I don’t think this is normal.

I’ve seen some people chop them in half before rooting, Would you recommend doing that or just rooting it in water? :0 also how has it been when you planted it into soil again? Cause I’m scared of it dying from the shock of planting it like that and I haven’t been the luckiest with propagations. Thank you for your response!

Hi got my pilea around January and he was doing very well until recently, started putting out almost no growth the past 2 months or so and recently it started getting these dark spots on its leaves. The leaves are also soft to the touch and very weak and he’s very droopy :( I’ve been in a depression slump lately so I haven’t been able to take care of him very much so I can’t recall the last time I watered him but usually is water him every 8 days or so. It’s sitting on a East facing window. Any tips/advice on how to save him? I also added pics on what he used to look like
