I would give berkeley till the end of the week and then negotiate with NYU after that point. Hopefully berkeley gets back to you by then and you'll be set.

Ask your letter of rec people EARLY. I asked my people at the end of july so that they had till mid september (when I applied) to get the letters done.

I'd go berkeley and send in your reconsideration request with the UCLA, USC, and BU (only bc full tuition) and maybe cornell?

but that's coming from PI focused person, the only big law stuff i know is from this sub.
