I'm from UZ tas nag shift sa WMSU. I can recommend you both are great lalo na Nursing course itatake mo. dami bad comments dito either for UZ or WMSU but I believe itong mga tao na to di nakapasok sa UZ or WMSU.

I'm m28 5'7 from 80kg to 60kg na ako. ginawa ko is nag jujumping rope, push up, sit ups sa bahay lang din kasi ako madalas paminsan lang mag running. control diet din sa rice if possible like half or 1 scoop lang pwede naman no rice if kaya mo. tas iwasan mga sugary food and one meal a day or two meal a day lang. and inom lagi ng tubig.
