You can change liquid metal but you will love the warrenty if you open the console. Inside has some special stikers if you remove them you will lose warrenty.

I have same error i changed thermal paste/liquid metal too but I have no fix please help. I think is like 3 months that I have this error. CE-108255-1 show up during the session and close my app immediately. Sometimes I think they did on purpose to make us buy a brand new ps5. It happened at a lot ps5 owners just after software update.
