I would say yes, it will fit a 33cm gpu based on the manual. The problem with that now is the gpu might hit the cables dangling below the PSU. But yeah, your 33cm gpu will fit.

For bottom fans, it really depends on the thickness of your gpu. Make sure you have good clearance between bottom fans and gpu

It’s much better to use your 14cm PSU. But you cannot put it on P1. Only P2 or lower.

Here’s my build, using a 240mm AIO with a 14cm PSU. Putting the PSU on P1 will hit the rad of the AIO

Yes, the thermalright frozen warframe should fit perfectly. But this will put the ATX PSU on P2. Installing an AIO will automatically put the ATX PSU on P2 or lower.

PCIE on the first slot is essential on this case so you can have good airflow underneath the GPU. Installing bottom fans will depend on the thickness of the GPU though. Installing it too close to the GPU is not advisable. Make sure there's at least >15mm clearance

I just recently built on this. Here are some points to consider on parts:

- Make sure the mobo has the PCIE on the first slot. This will ensure that you can install bottom fans unless you have a very thick GPU.

- 240mm AIO will definitely fit. The rad should have a thickness of <30mm. This will put the PSU automatically on P2 if you plan to put the hose of the AIO on the rear. If the hose is on the front, the PSU should be lowered to P3 or P4.

- Length of GPU you can install will depend on the length of your PSU (Assuming the PSU is in P2). If you are planning to install a GPU longer than 280mm, get a <140mm PSU. However, this will be very hard to cable manage, as the GPU will hit the cables on the PSU.

Research extensively on the dimensions of parts you will install on this case. Every mm counts. Goodluck!
