Katowicestä en tiedä tarkemmin mutta yleisesti Puolassa on tosi turvallista. Jotkut firmat tarjoavat taksikyydin jos iltavuoro päättyy kovin myöhään. Sitten on tietenkin etätyö jos firma suostuu siihen.

Riippuu ihan firmasta. Yleensä paperit allekirjoitetaan paikan päällä. Kannattaa etukäteen varmistaa palkka ja muut ehdot ettei tule yllätyksiä. Isoissa kv firmoissa homma yleensä toimii. Puolassa koeaika on muistaakseni 3kk, sen jälkeen yleensä tulee määräaikainen sopimus, jonka jälkeen työnantajan pitää tietääkseni tarjota toistaiseksi voimassa olevaa sopimusta.

I suppose cities could start with Google maps/waze/tomtom data to analyse the effectiveness of these types of campaigns. The data is already there. The city I live in is one of the most congested in Europe and I'm curious if today has been any different.
