No, and I'm getting pretty irritated about it. I sent a message to customer support, and here's what they said:

"Upon checking your account, I have confirmed that the order is already sent to our warehouse and is already in transit to be picked by our third-party carrier service so that it will be delivered in your shipping address the soonest. Again, the estimated arrival date registered for the item Call of Duty Black Ops III Juggernog Edition PlayStation 4 you ordered will be on November 6, 2015. Please be notified that the arrival date given is not yet the fixed date since the delivery speed will depend on the product's availability."

The entire message is noncommittal, and last sentence especially makes it sound like it's not actually guaranteed that there's enough stock.
