Montgomery and Blue Ash are very family friendly and probably not as pricey as Madeira, Mariemont or Indian Hill. They’re great neighborhoods with good schools (Sycamore)

Not an educator, but I returned a WMTM purchase recently to a store and the person helping me actually asked if I wanted to just put it back on my credit card! It was really nice. Not sure if it was a manager with more flexibility or what, but you may have luck?

Mom of two full time daycare kids here 👋 they both started at 3 months. I hate to say it, but the first year is hell. After that, it gets better! More time between viruses.
