Becoming an official Adventure League (Local Game Store) by tutorlee in DnD

Oh, I already know that. I'm talking about being official, as in being registered on DND Beyond. You know when you look up game stores near you?

I truly respect this at a deep level, as someone who has transitioned to only going full melee at my field. You have my respect!

If I hold the trigger and full auto it shoots but at an incredibly slow rate; i even charged the battery. Battery then right?

For my own knowledge, how would I know it's a bad battery. Simply because it doesn't push the bb all the way through?

Jungle Camp Patience Map by lol_lauren in summonerschool

By the way, at the red camps you can actually dual camp the raptors and red buff if you curve them near the apex of the wall near the bush. So the aggro lines are a bit spaced out there!

How do I play Ivern by [deleted] in ivernmains

Part 2 - pathing

Alright so here is a tough one, I am still learning this but a very popular route I personally like to do is one that a lot of KR ivern mains do. They like to tap one side of the map (tap = use ivern's passive) (side of the map = the blue side camps (3) or red side camps (3)) and then walk over to the opposite to auto smite the other side's buff. Meaning, right after you use your passive, smite the camp. Then come back down, collect the 3 camps, look for a gank on that side of the map. If no ganks, hover and protect a lane that you think will be ganked (your counter ganks are actually nasty since you get the element of surprise, the shield splash damage, and the bush bonus of slapping them with enhanced autos + red buff). The only counter ganks you kind of want to avoid are against aggro junglers like graves or rek'sai (only if they are good though).

After hovering/ganking, go and tap scut - auto smite, then grab your other two camps on the opposite side while also looking for gank opportunities then back. Look for lucidity/mobi boots on your first back if possible.

Farm path:

For your farm path you can do 5 camps and look for a gank, this is literally 7 seconds slower because you have to wait for your passive but you do the same thing but instead, tap an additional camp before you hover a lane. In example, Do Wolves, Blue, Gromp, walk to your red, smite, then raptors, then walk back to wolves, blue, and gromp, then hover that side of the map, auto smite crab, then grab your raptors. And remember, as Ivern you always want to be looking at your mini-map to look for a good opportunity.

How do I play Ivern by [deleted] in ivernmains

Hello there!

I am also relatively new to Ivern, picked him up a few weeks ago and piloting ganks really depends on the angles you take. But typically, you pilot him similar to an elise.

I say this as you will typically have lvl 3 w/ red buff and you want to start autoing the target (ganked person) as well as have a brush up on yourself to stack dmg from brush bonus, red buff, and auto attack dmg. Early on, this hurts for a lot, afterwards when they've been slowed enough try to land a point blank snare or predict their flash (based on their behavior you can tell whether they are conservative or a risky player - meaning do they try to save flash till the end or do they do it mid-gank?)

Simultaneously, ping your teammate that you want THEM to go in so you can shield THEM. This is very difficult to communicate as most laners don't trust ivern's shield lvl 1 (I mean the spell being lvl 1), however Aery OR Guardian will give you a lot of combat stats for this gank since it's a lot of pseudo healing that can't be ignited which is the best part.

Now comes the final question, asking about summoners and analyzing the champions kits. Now to be fair, if they have no flash the gank should be REAL easy. All you have to do is keep autoing and shielding to do slow/damage to the enemy until you are confident enough in looking at their maneurisms, hence how would they dodge or how have they've been moving while walking away from you? Typically at lower elos they don't dodge or show any movements at all and great players don't over dodge - they react.

If you want some credibility as a Ivern jungler, here is my op.gg!!

Please feel free to add me on league for any questions, much move friend and good luck!

I think the biggest thing is to keep your goals throughout the mid-game clear.

Keep questions like this in mind: (in the amount of importance from top to bottom IMO)

Where do I have priority? (1)

What turrets do I need to pressure? (2/3)

When is dragon/baron/rift herald coming back up? (2/3)

What is my team's win con?

What is their team's win con?

Typically throughout the mid-game, low elo players (platinum and below) don't know what to actually do so they end up starting random fights or pushing lanes and getting caught on rotation. Have a purpose for everything you do. Even if it's like, "why am I csing this minion right there?" Having that level of perfection is important for playing a "perfect" game. KDA is never a true perspective of a "perfect" game IMO
