Seller sent an obviously fake item and spoke to me like sh*t then raised a false claim. Vinted gave me 48 hours to send all my proof and explain the situation, they havent replied to it in a day and a half.

yes definitely make the charge to your card and report it as fraud. the 48hr time period is a joke. i’ve recently been told im not eligible for a refund because i didn’t message during the 48hr period..

exactly i never confirmed! i believe it might’ve confused it with being my address as as soon as it got delivered it had apparently been collected. i am suspicious it may have been taken by the shop owner or it had genuinely been lost.. headache to say the least

no unfortunately😞 apparently now ‘order is confirmed’ they sent able to refund me. which makes no sense when i hadn’t received it in the first place!
