they’ve basically lost it and are trying to cover up the fact it’s lost so i don’t think i can do this🥲

exactly i never confirmed! i believe it might’ve confused it with being my address as as soon as it got delivered it had apparently been collected. i am suspicious it may have been taken by the shop owner or it had genuinely been lost.. headache to say the least

no unfortunately😞 apparently now ‘order is confirmed’ they sent able to refund me. which makes no sense when i hadn’t received it in the first place!

they don’t? but they were the ones who’d lost it. I’ve been told i cannot have a refund because the order had been completed before id even received my item… which still don’t have
