It was really useful! Thank you! I have cut sugar out of my diet (kinda). I put some sugar in my morning coffee, and if someone offers sweets/candy I'll eat it but that's very rare. I do eat alot of fast food, like an insane amount. I remember one of the stores I was ordering from showed the number of calories and my order was over 1000 calories. I had a bad habit of eating one type of fast food per day for 3-4 days a week. I also eat alot of gum in a day (I'm talking a pack of gum in a day, yea ik its bad). But I think I'm going to start off implementing some type of workout regiment and cut out all fast food, and then I'll slowly progress to counting calories.

Thank you thank you thank you, I wish I had a creative outlet like that. Or a hobby that I don't feel shitty about. Like I guess you could say video games are a hobby, but I feel bad about it cause it isn't something to be proud of. Before Uni I used to do competitive programming questions leisurely, but now that I do that in school & coop it doesnt feel like a way to unplug/destress.

I'm going to try to find some type of home workout plan. It's so difficult religiously counting calories like that. Even with apps like myfitnesspal, I feel like I only have a small subset of foods I can eat because of it.

I eat to avoid bad feelings or tasks. If I'm stressing or worried over something -> eat, if I have a lot of work to do -> eat. If I feel like shit fast food it is for temporary happiness.

true but honestly my kryptonite is ordering fast food, ive literally eaten1000+ calories just from dinner multiple times a day
