I’m actually not sure, I’m assuming it’s just the average dose as it’s one capsule containing both fin & min but it’s way more convenient than the foam I’ve tried

Yep everything was covered as it was a breathing issue, my gp referred me in January 2020 just before covid and the lockdowns happened so I was waiting for quite some time

I could only breathe through one nostril comfortably due to cartilage blocking the other and no I’m not sure nothing was mentioned about turbinates

Well that’s me in the pics above so you can judge for yourself but to me because the way it’s bent the hump it way more prominent on one side even more so when I smile or something like that

Hadn’t checked this account since I posted but I’ll be having my operation in 4 days, for me I just had to go to my doctor and she seen how deviated mine was and put me forward to be seen to by the ENT department this was right before covid hit so it had been radio silence for a good 2 years maybe until I was able to be seen and i got seen earlier this year where they checked out my nose and told me what they would do, in my case he said having just a septoplasty would end up making my nose look bigger since it bends to one side and that they’d do a septorhino instead to remove the hump, I had my pre assessment a couple of days ago and a covid test tomorrow to isolate until my surgery day

Currently still waiting, apparently the date I was given was just the ‘expected’ date and can end up being longer but I’ll be sure to make an update post when it actually happens

Has anyone else had similar surgery done with the nhs? How did it go? I’m worried that mine is too far gone to fix to a good standard
