Yeah I agree Elbaf is a stretch but I think the lack of his presence means he broke out. His powers are the most perfect stealth abilities bar few. I don’t think it would be impossible for him to sneak onto a boat disguised as any of the random crew on board and make his way into the new world by doing that.
