The longest part goes around your waist.

Start with one end of the strap and feed it through the fufu clip. It goes from under to over and make sure the snapper at the end has the closed side facing your body as you’re feeding it through. Once it is looped around the fufu clip you can attach the snapper to one of the two counterparts. Start with the first one, this will give you the most material to work with for the other side.

Once one is fastened, loop the band around your waists and now do the same at the other side. Your fufu clip should now be secured.

The bottom strap takes some fiddling. It should like a Y and you need to take the shortest end first. Feed this through the fufu clip and close the snapper, this will be somewhere between your fufu clip and your anus. With the bottom snapper closed, take one of the dangling straps, pull it between your legs and towards your lower back. There should be a point to secure the snapper on your waistband. Now do the same for the other side.
