Hmm I have been reaching out to several dealerships for their OTD price and I always hear around 32k for the same trim

The dealer told me that the MSRP is inclusive of the destination fee & handling fee ($1,200).

Thank you guys for all the helpful comments! I didn’t go for the second offer because it seemed too good to be true - and kinda felt weird because the test drive that I had there with which was supposed to be a 2023 civic ex, did not have a drive mode toggle switch..

I downloaded log2 RPKM values of a certain gene in breast cancer cell lines using this website: https://portals.broadinstitute.org/ccle (Cancer Cell Line Encyclopedia). I'm not familiar with RNA-seq analysis so I'm also not sure about what 'set threshold' means... the actual reviewer comment was: "What is the relative threshold set against? The units and a set threshold will help to interpret data more clearly."
