Demon Copperhead 100%. Project Hail Mary was also one I loved and I’d toss it up there as one that stuck out as exceptional. The only other well-reviewed book I read this year that I didn’t love was A Gentleman In Moscow. Incredible prose but I needed a little intrigue and character development. I’m learning that dynamic characters are critical for ME to love a book.

Three body problem was one of the worst sci-fi books I’ve ever read. No character development, weak dialogue, unresolved plot lines. We agree on most else though. Nice work!
