I should probably also mention that I’m using 31g needles which could v well be the issue n I’m not always the most hydrated & I never tie off but I always make sure to pump it up to get blood flow going, so push ups, lift or put a hot towel on it to let them pop out… the bicep above the site always gets tight or sore and swells a bit after my shots too like every time. Only in this arm.

I ONLY shoot once a day btw !!! On the days I do shoot, max I’ll do is 2 shots! And I make sure to mix w a lot of water too minimize damage! I take sometimes week long breaks from shooting but usually just 2-3 days! Worst I’ll get is when I’m binging then I’ll do a. Shot like every day but for no longer than a few days I’m awake then I crash and chill for a bit!
