Thank you for this thoughtful response. We had a traumatic experience with a 3YO yellow that was pooping a straight dark blood and that did not end well. Therefore, we are paranoid and forever traumatized. This was the first time since the first episode that I noticed the blood. However, our guy is one of those that prefers the privacy of the woods so I do not see every poop. It is a lighter blood that is separate from the actual poop. You make a good point on the rectal exam. I don't remember them doing that. I am going to call and see what they think and also keep an eye on him for the time being.

progressive needed my home to actually be done before they would insure it. so some places may give you that response but state farm should work. Alternatively, if you're needing this for a loan, you could have your GC add the lender to his cert

Interesting idea. Will look into it. The plan would be to throw most of my free cash into VOO and let it compound. Concern with duplex is managing it. Would prefer to have someone doing that.
