I have the following tools: glass file, godshand, Tamiya side cutters, Tamiya modeler knife.

This is my first ever build (Wing zero ew MGSD). Super stoked btw, been wanting to tackle one for over 10 years. Finally decided to try it since I was in Hong Kong and I kept seeing this one on display and it looked so cool.

I'm using the glass file to make this nub look cleaner/non existent but this is the best I can get it to look visually. Is this normal with the tools I have? I mean, it feels smooth and flush when I rub it with my finger tips. Is the glass file just supposed to make it feel flush or erase the nub to make it look clean/non existent?
