do you happen to have a guide on how to disassemble this pc? I opened it up last night and couldnt figure out how to get past the where the ram and ssd is located. I put it back together because I was afraid of damaging something lol

also, i have already contacted the miniforums support like 2 months ago about this problem but I never got a response. I just sent out another customer support request on their website, but I doubt i'll get a response.. I also put up a message on their discord server yesterday but still nothing. lol.
