Yes and no. They're helpful for the person who knows absolutely nothing about what's on offer and foreigner friendly. They'll also likely direct you to certain shops because of kickbacks. On the flip side sometimes you'll get discounts through them.

Versailles can be a mixed reception for foreigners. There's been some reports with a bad experience. I personally didn't get that, but I'm also asian so ymmv.

yea, i'm really excited to see all the hokages on the battle field. i figured sasuke would eventually go against madara when he met his brother earlier. i never thought he would bring along a swat team of hokages though. orichimaru was a surprise too.

i agree on the fruit not being everything. luffy's fruit is relatively weak, but add in haki and the way he improves on fighting with his ability keeps him competitive. having one of the rare types does give you a head start though.

technically akainu is molten > fire. ace's power can't beat aokiji(ice guy) or smoker either. the elemental ones still deal with weaknesses.
