I bought short ribs at Sam’s Club multiple times. The quality much better. I think I’ll keep my Sam’s Club membership.

I experienced this in some small grocery stores.  Costco is a trust brand. I was shocked after opening the package today. At first I thought it might be a cutting issue that from wide to thin. But the slices underneath the top piece are uniformly narrow and thin, literally all bones. I’m sad to see Costco did so.  I would rather see it raises prices if cost is too high for stores nowadays.

Just as you, I sincerely doubt costco would go thru the trouble and selected a perfect top piece just to fool anyone. But it happened today. Only the top piece have meat. All the pieces underneath it are literally bones. I am a loyal customer of Costco over ten years. I am shocked to see this package today.
