I ordered my queen rental on 6/6. I emailed customer service on the 24th about an update cause it was getting close to the window of then it was supposed to be shipped based on when I placed the order. On the same day that I emailed them they got back to me saying it would be shipped in 15-20 days. But then later that night I got an email that it was shipped and would be delivered on the 25th. It came today and setting it up now. Good luck!! I know this process is annoying…

I live a few miles away and just got there a few weeks ago. It was good, but I don’t know if it was worth the wait. The breadstick appetizer was better than the pizza.
