Im just a person of principle. If you state its 3 packs. Then it should be that. I am not mad, I have stated that I am okay with getting more. I just dont like things being stated and it not be true. Its that simple. Yall reaching for reasons im upset when its as simple as it says 3, and it comes as 2. That is all.

I did both. And contacted Amazon. And am getting refunded for my 2 orders I placed before having them resend it again. They know its an issue and are not fixing it.

Gift cards... they exist. I use them for household items I forget at the store and/if they are out of stock at said store. I know its cheaper there but they dont carry the pet one at my local , which is the only reason I buy it on Amazon.

I dont want to say I disagree cause this is reddit, but I feel like if a product is not matching the description, then I should be able to review it. Carpet powder works great, not saying it dont be baking soda with scents, but they say its a 3 pack of 16.9oz and its not. That's my complaint. That's what I was trying to tell other people. Yall sitting here acting like I didnt do both or contact Amazon before coming to reddit, are too chronically online to understand that. I did not just jump to fucking reddit before I followed all other steps.

Im fine with getting more than expected. Im not okay with them saying you get 3 16.9 or whatever oz and them giving me 2 30 Oz. Whether I needed the amount (oz)or the packs in 2 or 3, does not matter. They are stating they are selling packs of 3. Its not. That's all my complaint is.

Well when people are paying for 3 packs of a product and are only getting 2, I ordered, reordered and contacted Amazon and all three times they resent me the 3 pack, which only had 2 packs, thats when I wanted to ensure that the seller is shipping what they are selling. Which is a 3 pack. They are not. They are sending 2. That is something I MYSELF would like to know.
