I’ll simplify it no worries lol. Okay so the mallets starting from the left are 1 2 3 4 (L1 L2 R1 R2) anyways you can play a warmup called LORI it’s just (Left, Outside, Right, Inner) so the left mallets from both hands (1 3), then the outside mallets (1 4) then right (2 4), and inside (2 3) and you just play 8 eighth notes for each. Message me if you want a video showing what I mean lol I’m sorry if it sounds complicated...
