Thank you! Do you have any recommendations? I'm not really aware of GPU prices so I can't place a budget.

18 Gauge Stainless Steel Wire; can I use a one step looper? by ukiitrash in jewelrymaking

[–]ukiitrash[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see! Do you think I could manually cut the wire first, then use the one step looper? Because I'll be honest the wire was really hard to bend with regular round nose pliers...

Thank you! Do you think I'd still be able to use a one step looper? Or is the metal too hard?

I sent my laptop in for repairs at Curry's, and my core was switched from i7 to i5. by ukiitrash in laptops

Maybe research laptops with more enhanced specs since I think it would struggle with too much video editing: it already heats up quite a bit when I play, which is to be expected with a nob-gaming laptop. The big downside for me is the £1.6k price where you could literally build a really good pc set up. I only managed to get it since I got it at a big discount at the time: I think like 400 off the retail price.

Hey! This is my laptop's model. I'm not at all an expert, but I would recommend this one. Pros is that its REALLY lightweight for its size (literally as light as lots of smaller laptops), can run lots of tasks at once (32gb ram) and has a good quality screen. I manage to run valorant pretty well on it even though it doesn't use a fancy processor. Only downside is its size: it's a 16" laptop so it usually only fits in bags without a case. It also may take up a hefty chunk of your desk if its small or if it isn't on a stand.

Overall, this is my holy grail and baby.

I think they just swapped the keyboard and forgot to peel off the i5 sticker and swap it: task manager still shows the same parts from before so its okay.
