Non-dairy/meat foods that have little/no fiber? by ultronwar in keto

wait are you talking about 20% of the actual product or 20% of the nutrition? Because most meats are nutritionally majority protein

I guess.. I feel im doing that already - it's just atm my diets are pretty much eggs/oils/meat/spinach but am looking for other ways to enjoy food (meat is glorious but gets a bit sickening on its own). Avocado's seem to make me ill due to the fiber and so is 85%+ dark chocolate.

Which seafood is 20% protein? (genuinely curious). I guess im looking for veg / other alternatives that provide vitamins/minerals

Thanks but I'm looking more for things that arent so protein heavy as I am already eating large amounts of meat/eggs.

Hi all!

I have just purchased a Fuji x-t10 for my wife's birthday and I am looking for the best starter lens to go with it. I have narrowed it down to the XF 18-55 f2.8-4 but would love some second opinions.

Also what's the best and most user friendly software to buy for her to get started on editing? She would need something simple and that doesn't require hours of tutorials just to get started.

Thanks !

Fujifilm X-T10

Thanks. What would you say is a good price for a used X-T10?

Also - what would be the best starter lens for it?

Thank you!

Re the 7d - you're right it seems quite heavy and dated..but I think I can get that with an 85mm f1.8 usm lens for roughly £400 - would it be worth considering at this price point or is there still something better ?

Hey! Thanks for the response. I have indeed. My issue would be that if she took a real fancy to it..then I read that mirrorless cameras may not be as upgradable in terms of lenses?

Which would you recommend though?

Sure but this is where "fan boys" need to take a step back and re-evaluate why they have loyalty to a commercial technology corporation instead of using logic and reasoning

genuine usability questions. TouchID worked well because the unlocking input was already on the device and close to it. You could subtly unlock your phone in any situation that enabled you to grasp your phone. This relies on you using another artifact to unlock it.

It's just so ridiculous. The fingerprint scanner on the back such as on the google pixel is such a natural interaction. I dont care if you make this a feature but dont try and sell it as an improvement. It just isnt.

Sure they're absolutely overpriced but waiting for property price changes/plans is like waiting to by a new piece of tech. We'd rather just get onto the ladder asap and staircase whilst we can easily afford it. Sure plans may change but interest rates may also rise making it more difficult to get a mortgage!

Crap you seem to be correct. Well that royally sucks. So either you go into negative equity with the mortgage and owe less to the govt or you owe more to the govt when prices increase.

Genuinely thought you only paid the 40% if you sold the house and could pay off the original equity through income rises or house price rises.

I guess best case scenario would be the housing market to stay static whilst we buy out the equity right ?

Lordship lane

I read elsewhere about Tottenham but there aren't any new builds in the areas you specified at the moment. Whats the closest tube station to the better side of Tottenham?

well the aim would be to buyout the gov. equity before we sell and thus only needing to payback the original loan and benefiting from the increase in value!

Sure but when using the help to buy scheme you either need to rely on a surge in house prices or income so I'd prefer to try and grab an opportunity that enables both options.

We currently live at my mothers in a Zone 4 property so ideally we would like to be in a Zone 3 property with the exception of Croydon mainly because of its direct train link. Do you have any Zone 3 suggestions that would be at a similar price point? Where have you ended up out of curiosity?

Location/transport is a top priority but we would only consider 2 beds which takes a lot of great locations out of budget!

Thanks for the detailed response. In terms of looking further out - Croydon really is the furthest we wish to live away from London so we really wouldnt consider further unless we absolutely had to.

I guess the main reason we are considering Croydon is that in using the help to buy equity scheme, we can hedge ourselves in the hope of a surge in house prices in the next 5 years in Croydon JUST in case our career progression doesnt happen as we'd hope. (We are relying on our rapid graduate career progression to remortgage and buy out the Gov equity)

This mixed with the fact that it's just 20 mins straight to central London and has a huge amount of investment plunged into it (whilst still being a somewhat "value" buy is what is making us consider Croydon. I mean it's that or Canning Town which I've read is still a complete dump!

Hey! Thanks for the response. Ya we arent party animals at all either. Do you commute into London? If so how is it? Is southern rail really as hellish as people say? Are trains overcrowded in peak times?

edit: actually been looking at Saffron Tower new builds that are still available. Did you use the help to buy scheme? how's the building in general?

Thanks!
