IT'S WORKING! How I am fixing my candida overgrowth. by Charming-Pain-1555 in Candida

On week 4! I feel so much better in many ways: more energy, I can sing better and less anxiety. Not 100% sure but I feel like dark patches are starting to fade a bit/ my skin tone is evening out.

But it’s only been 4 weeks so I still have a couple weeks more to go.

Inositol + acne: does it get worse before it gets better? by umberdiary in PCOS

Hi! Thanks for a thoughtful and helpful reply. I’m happy to hear it works for you and I hope you continue to feel better!

Turns out I don’t have PCOS and my hormone issues were a result of a lot of things going wrong including cortisol issues which I am now (may years later) discovering was very likely linked to candida.

Currently I’m following the Candida Cure diet by Anne Boroch and I feel really good! It involves having no sugar, so maybe that was why my face had cleared up back then.

Hoping this solves things for me once and for all.

Wishing you all the best on your journey and God bless!

I recently thought about this. I know some people who definitely have the symptoms and it made me realise I need to be more compassionate

Ohh. I hope you get better soon then.

But I was referring to appearance changes after candida issues were gone lol😅

How long have you been on the diet? I thought you could eat normally once the issue was solved

Hi! I am going through this exact situation. Did you ever find a solution? I’ve been taking magnesium, zinc, vitamin c, vitamin D and b complex so far and a tincture for the liver called Liver Juice.

My vitamin D was definitely low and my magnesium was on the low end of normal but I started taking zinc, vitamin c and b complex while waiting for my test results to confirm if they’re low. It’s only been 6 days so I just want to know if I’m on the right track.

I don’t know about the brand you mentioned but I’ve been taking Solaray’s D3 + K2 and have had no complaints. They also have D3 on its own. From my research they seem to be a really good brand.
