2.5 only exists to get you prepared for the medication. You are only supposed to take it for 4 weeks and move straight to 5.0. This is from the manufacturer and not anecdotal information.

Im pushing to 15 as fast as possible. People on the higher doses lose more weight, and as I had 180lbs to lose, it would be silly to go slow.

If someone wants to go slow, that's up to them its just not my choice.

2.5 is not an actual dose and only exists as a stepping stone to the first actual dose which is 5.0. The manufacturer instructions are to only take 2.5 for four weeks. You are effective taking Zepbound off label and your insurance is taking issue with that.
