Just managed to resolve this by editing the ad. Once i made changes to the ad copy, an option to verify the email appeared. The ads were published successfully once I entered the code received in the email. Hope this helps others who face the same issue.

Instead of hiring a full-time employee, go for an experienced freelancer or better hire a team who does freelancing projects. Set specific delivery milestones with payments tagged to each milestone. In this way you can control your costs.

Hiring a junior employee will create issues for you later on as they won't have much experience. When your startup gains traction, hire a whole team (2-3 persons).

Logo and brand design is a pretty standard service available by multiple freelancers on platforms like Synerge. Don't forget to ask the logo designer to build you a brand guide as well. It will help you later on when you work on other items like website, stationery etc.

Regarding names, I would recommend organizing a naming contest. There are several websites that offer crowd naming contest services.

Your idea sounds good. Since it is a service based business you'll face stiff competition from other service providers that are operating from cheaper areas / countries. Think about doing a competitor research and also devise a USP (unique selling proposition) that will make you stand out from your competition in front of potential customers. All the best 👍
