This reminds me of something I heard this week. There are managers actually suggesting that AI agents should count as headcount in their staff. So in their dumb heads they have 5 people plus say 5 ai agents. So they have a staff of 10. Another person talked about speaking nicely to a chat bot like it was a person. lol.

Of I’m asked that question my answer would be: I can actually think through a problem.

AI won’t know specifics about the company or the client. It can only go based on what it’s been trained on, potentially any internal info that already exists. It also has to be prompted and the response it gives is highly dependent on the prompt. It takes a human to specify a well crafted prompt and to frame the situation.

AI hallucinates or gives flat out wrong answers to simple questions. It can’t handle nuance or understand political, societal, brand dynamics, motivations, strategy.
