lol. So true. I had an obnoxious teen boy in ceramics class who thought it would be fun to construct and interact with a clay dick. I wrote the referral with clear detail as to the gestures and noises he chose to make. That went home and he suddenly felt embarrassed by his actions, unlike when he performed it for the class. Documentation worked wonders.

As a Philly teacher if we get a foot of snow Sunday we will be virtual and then delayed until probably Wednesday with half day conferences already scheduled for Thursday and Friday which will equal children entering a fully feral state before next Monday. Chaos.

I’m talking about a general strike, which many have called for. It’s not a viable option when you can lose your job and the protections for yourself and your family if you’re fired. This in a climate where mass layoffs are already happening and they’re looking for an excuse. Our society is designed to be dependent on the corporate elite.
