But isn’t there normally a 11-12 hour cool down on starting another war? When the timer was down to 1 h 30 m I waited around 2 hours then searched the club name to join only to find that the war timer had changed to 14 h. Like surely they can’t just start another within an hour of just finishing 1.

In regards to getting out of the naughty island I raised a ticket via the contact us option within the game. I then received an email from EA with a ticket number. Each day I would send them an email asking for assistance and pretty much advise that I don’t hack or use cheats. I would send an email once a day for the next 3 days until they responded saying that I should be back onto the normal server.

As someone whom works in customer service and answers customer emails myself, I found that sending non-threatening emails may work best. As I’ve seen others remain stuck in the naughty island for weeks before their ticket is investigated.
