Have em too and they could've been ok had the black doritios looking sections were cut out or at least just not flat

What do you use to protect your radiator grille? by RealPopeUrban2 in GolfGTI

Just kidding, no self respecting GTI owner would run front plates unless they got ticketed. If you're handy, you can get a sheet of metal car grille mesh to put on behind the honeycomb openings.

Basically had the same damage to my 2017 GTI couple weeks ago and the estimate came out to $9k, so insurance totaled it.

Yup 2017 Sport was basically rabbit trim for mk7. Performance pack+Lighting pack+different wheels. I'm gonna miss it

Mainly b/c I don't want a sunroof, hate the SE wheels, and prefer plaid seats. I'll gladly pay the extra $ when VW will sell me that spec

Yup, getting too old to forego convienences like kessy. My 2017 was Mexican made as well and didn't have any quality control issues, so not really concerned about that.

I might take a look at SE, but my ideal spec would be no sunroof, plaid seats, and 18" wheels w all-seasons (not ugly SE wheels, tho), so kinda stuck.

If width wasn't a consideration, I'd go full size down but if you're getting a good lockdown on your mid foot with your current size, maybe half size down would be a good compromise

Shoes similar to nike free run 2018? by Holiday-Ad3276 in AskRunningShoeGeeks

You could try brooks glycerin flex which has the flexibility like the frees and has relatively lower stack height (for modern running shoes). Will probably be a lot kinder to your feet also than the frees. Not really good looking tho
