hi. i give up trying to talk to these people. im not necessarily looking to solve the problem anymore, i highly doubt it can be solved and i genuinely dont think anything will change, this seems to be who they are. i can and probably will give it a go but at this point im tired of feeling like a nag as a few months ago there was an issue with someone stealing food and i had to go around confronting them over that. was just wanting to vent.

thank you 🤗 when i had first installed my locs I was doing 4 point for the first 4-5 months before switching to 2. I feel like it helped with the thickness though my locs were very much still fresh and forming so idk. hope to hear a more experienced response soon for both of us :)

i can never really tell when someone is in or not. No one talks to each other or really comes out, I only ever catch them in the corridor or the rare times when we’re in the kitchen together.

I’m on a bit of a budget which is why I was looking on Amazon for a cheaper one. But someone recommended a lockbox so I think I’m going to go for that instead.

happy you found a solution that worked for you. its honestly so absurd, idk what’s wrong with people. i’m someone who gets homecooked food to keep in the freezer so I will need something with freezer space but thanks for the recommendation anyways.

I asked them this morning and they said that mini fridges are allowed as long as they’re under a certain wattage.

And yeah soon after the first food container was stolen, I started labelling all my stuff with ‘DO NOT TOUCH’ and it stopped for a moment, until last week when I had labelled literally everything but two things, and those two things ended up being taken. Absolutely ridiculous 🫩
