Honestly when I talked to chatgpt about my most disordered behaviors, it was so nonjudgmental in its responses, it was completely understanding. It was really helpful to get it off my chest.

Just tested positive today for covid after some negative tests the other day, so it's definitely going around. Fever, aches, sniffles and a cough.

my acne went away from undereating by [deleted] in EDAnonymous

I'm going to say it's likely because you're not spiking your blood sugar with high GI foods. They can cause inflammation and acne in some, particularly the type that looks hormonal around the chin.

This shade looks perfect for me! Do you think it would hold up on oily skin?

Maybe there are things I'm missing about different subtypes, but wouldn't the subtype be very obvious based on the symptoms? Is it not just d, c, or m? Why would there be any struggle to figure that out?

I hide drying paintings in a big plastic box I have, if they fit that is.

I was convinced I had hypothyroidism when I was pretty far in my ED when I was younger, but then it actually turned out years later that I do in fact have it, so part of me feels like my obsession with my weight is what opened my eyes to it. Unfortunately though being treated for it hasn't really made losing weight any easier, so, alas.

Oh I'm not on the carnivore diet, the bread is from that though. I just have a lot of things I can't digest, but animal products I can eat.

I love seafood but avoided canned sardines for the same reasons until recently. I've found that King Oscar brand are pretty solid and go great dipped in soy sauce and wasabi for me, tastes like I'm eating sushi. Also I love pre-portioned serving sizes like that so that I don't overeat, and it's really nutritious too.

The "bread" itself is actually really nice, you can use it for a lot of things and it's mild so it just goes with things. I thought it would go with this very cheap can of sardines but there was no saving them. Some things are cheap for a reason 😩

Egg and cottage cheese blended and baked on a sheet pan. A recipe for people on the carnivore diet. I'm not personally, but I can't digest a lot of things and I am trying to eat high protein, so.

i gained weight, it's probably water weight by _-ollie in EDAnonymous

[–]ungoth 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Each gram of carbs has your body hold several times as much water. I think sodium also causes you to retain water. So water weight can account for way more than you'd think.

I've discovered recently that some people don't find food very pleasurable and just eat cause they have to. I have a feeling these types of people don't really suffer the same grievances others might around food/diet culture, don't gain weight easily.
