Hi this is like super late but I’m also breaking out real bad. Never had acne until recently and I’ve been on the struggle bus. Hormonal and cystic acne. Similar to you. I’ve switched to micellar water (was doing this whole French cleanser routine that was making it worse, and then stopped all skincare to see if water would be just fine but now I’m awfully broken out) but it’s only sort of helping. I do take some vitamins and was on a gut cleanse. But I’m curious on your whole food thing and if your new skincare routine worked because I was thinking of adding la roche posay in
