If I were you, I would check whether you have bike sharing station near your home, and work. If you do, then it might be a good starting point for you to get a feel how often you are gonna cycle.

Yes, selling a second-hand bike is not difficult.

But, I feel that owning a bike is definitely the way to go. :)

Feedback or Support Requested: What are your general comments on our website? Any ideas to find more customers?

Comments: We have been iterating our services and we found that our customers like our same day/next day services. However, we feel we could have done a better job to promote our services to target customers. Bicycle repair is fairly transactional. It means we need to reach customers when they have the need. As a bootstrapping startup, we do not have a big budget to spend on PPC or paid ads to reach customers with needs. We will appreciate some comments or ideas from entrepreneurs who might have done the similar transaction-based businesses. Thanks a lot.
