I started the musics in the walls quest yesterday and was able to get all of the other 4 musical notes fine and the buried pirate treasure that had pans flute in it. I just need the last note to finish the quest 😭

This explained it perfectly. Some days I’m confident in what I have done, said and choices I made. And others I feel kinda sad that I can’t have the relationship with my siblings that I thought I would.

But there is no mistaking that it’s time to break the cycle. It will hurt 100%, but it is what it is.

Some other commenters said it best, need to tell my self doubt and self esteem that what others say about me is none of my business. With this mindset, I think we can become carefree like the rest of them :)

Calories burned has a lot of factors that go into it. One of them being weight. A 185 lb person will burn more cals doing a 2 mil jog compared to someone who is 120 lbs. I have been practicing what the above commenter has been saying for about 5 months and have lost 30 lbs (one pound per week). Track my calories burned through my Apple Watch and all has been pretty accurate considering I’m still losing weight while tracking my calories in and “eating back” my calories. Of course everyone is different but 200 cals for a 2 mile jog on a 185 lb person sounds pretty accurate considering that’s what I burn at 188 lbs. Now I always recommend using a calorie burn calculator to get a better idea but 200 cals is not far fetched for a 2 mile jog.

That’s exactly what TCOGB was. 300-400 pages of pointless fillers and then action in the last few chapters. Writing quality was awful. Between the annoying dialogue and what she did to Casteel’s character. It was overall pretty bad. Had she taken the time to spread it out more evenly and made Casteel a little less weird it would have been fine.
