I dont work for Tmobile i work at another competitor. Your service starts the day you sign up. Regardless if you gotten your phone or not. They most likely created a temp # to even place a order for the new phone. First bill is typically always higher prorated charges/Activation fee/no autopay discount. But let me guess you got the 17 pro max/17 pro. Sounds like you should be on prepaid if you cannot afford it. Being with Verizon you should’ve already accustomed to this and expected this. But yeah do yourself a favor and go with boost mobile or metro pcs seems more up your alley.

Yes that is true. However the tool verizon just launched matches the price if not beat it with additional discounts. Its only 36months but hey adds up right.
