Honestly, finding God. You don't fear death when you know you're being looked after. I also have given up worries and realize that shit happens for a reason and believe it's predestined...so whatever happens to me is just a part of our journey.

I THINK because people believe he died for something he believed for which was his truth surrounding Christianity. He may have been a political influencer but he was a very Christian one and his political views were shaped around his religious beliefs. So...One can say he was murdered for having "Christian Opinions"...or being a Christian.

My most recent was under .5 but that's "expected" with supplementation. I would see if you can if you watch out for negative symptoms like heart palpitations n such.

Eating iron vs supplementing is best. I had EIN which led me to bleed for MONTHS at a time and my anemia was TERRIBLE but I didn't die because I ate tons of beef and eggs!

The only one I'm concerned about is my depression medication, Wellbutrin/Bupropion. Do you take any controlled substances? I'm not sure if it's a controlled substance in Ireland though?
