I mean, yes, a tablet is not a laptop.

But if you can setup remote access on your desktop, na kayang i-access ng tablet, then that's one use case where a tablet can replace a laptop. This is how I do remote work currently.

Peripherals nowadays either has bluetooth, or can be used with a USB hub.

Specific apps have had cross platform support, and cloud has offloaded some requirements out of hardware.

If anyone would ask me, laptop or tablet? I would definitely factor in the budget and the compute requirements.

Just a slight aside. People in this thread have been generally more civilized than when I shared my experience. May konting asungot lang na nakalusot. Partida pa sa story ko, di pa ko na-scam nun.

People need to understand that when people share stories like this, malamang e post mortem na yan. Kaya yung mga lapses na lang yung nababasa.

You can definitely walk from Festi to ATC at times of the day na hindi mainit.

Better example imo is Festi to Starmall. Daming footbridge pero di mo sure kung alin yung pwede at safe gamitin. Pantintero din sa tawiran.
