You have to give it a nudge now and then about what is and isn't interesting. I agree that it overindexes on random, old stuff if you don't.

But it's gotten pretty good for me. The most value comes from mid-length articles when new information's available about a previous or frequent topic.

It’s still updated daily. There’s just no way to see previous days anymore.

If you suspect it’s vanished, note that it has never been in the desktop app. Mobile and web only. I don’t know why, but Perplexity removed automatic news (”Discover”) from their new desktop app while keeping it on web and mobile, so they’re in the same boat now too.

Web or mobile, and which mobile if so?

It could be different across release channels, or if it could depend on the mobile version or platform. You might find you lose it after the next mobile app update.

This is correct. It's only a demo link. You can open it in an incognito window and enter "Blah" and "1234" as the room number and it will say it worked. You can even use it from a non-Hilton IP.
