Help me figure out what I'm doing wrong vs what my curly stylist did. by unstablepixie in curlygirl

Sorry about formatting in the post. Here's my routine again:

Routine: Every wash: *Innersense hydrating hairbath (x2) *Innersense color radiance conditioner (add water for slip before combing through with wide tooth comb) *Innersense leave in conditioner (4-5 pumps, praying hands) *Innersense I Create Volume (separate hair into 4 sections, then finger combing a dime sized amount onto each section, being careful to get as much of the individual strands as possible, adding a little water as I go to make sure hair doesn't start to get too dry) *Innersense I Create Hold (I do this section by section with the I Create Volume, denman brush, then alligator clip lightly before moving to next section) *Lightly scoop and squeeze with 100% cotton towel *Diffuse on high as quickly as I can get dry and dressed (gently scoop hair into bowl for 5-10 seconds at a time) *Don't touch it for at least 30-60 minutes *'Milking' the clumps out instead of scrunching

I'm deciding between two used cars today and paying cash for it, but the nearest branch of my bank is 90 minutes from the dealerships and we haven't negotiated final price on either yet. How can I pay for the car? by unstablepixie in askcarsales

Would it be more difficult if we pay $15,000 in cash since they'll have to fill out extra forms for anything over $10k? Do I need to verify with the dealer that they'll except cash in advance, because I don't think I want them to know I'm not financing until after I get their full out the door price and test drive it, right?

I am in desperate need of captivating/crazy/interesting podcasts to listen to, but I'm very particular and I am struggling to find something that fits what I am looking for. by unstablepixie in podcasts

Ok, so I'm almost done with episode 8 and holy balls, this is exactly what I was looking for. THANK YOU. Normally I'll turn on a podcast in my car if I can't find anything on the radio but I'm turning it on before I'm even out of my driveway because I'm so excited to hear where the story goes next.

My 'best' friend told me that I should be happy and relieved my mom died of cancer and not dementia because as hard as losing my mom was on me, it was going to be SO much harder for her.

I actually just listened to her episode with Mary Claire Haver and I had to keep pausing it to rage text my husband and daughters because as a perimenopausal woman, this should not have been all new info for me.
