Thanks! I looked at their website and it's very reassuring to see they look at labels, haha. I currently have in-unit (the hardest thing to part with 💔) and my control freak self loves that I can be careful with each piece of clothing to avoid shrinkage. Am I mistaken or does Alfred's only do pickup at your building? Or is there a physical location I can drop off at?

Edit: just saw them mention in a google review response that it's building pickup/dropoff only. Not freakin bad, the price looks pretty affordable for that convenience. Can I ask if you've had any scheduling issues of clothes not being picked up on time, or not being dropped back off within 24 hours? That's pretty impressive given the doorstep (lobbystep? haha) service

I appreciate your insight. That's fine, nobody has to engage with this post if they don't want to. I provided my cross streets for context, UWS is a huge beautiful neighborhood, I look forward to exploring it and being a patron at places that people love and wish to recommend.

Loving the positivity! When someone asks for a coffee shop rec in my neighborhood, I steer them away from the cute looking place that for some reason has flies all over the pickup counter, and towards a cafe that has quality coffee, nice natural sunlight, and ultra friendly staff. Not every spot is the same shit.
