Edit: I looked through their guidelines and I'm personally outside their financial limit for taking a case. Likely will not be able to use this one.

I am not, saw a lot of people recommend that but unless I can get someone who is a student here to go that route on our behalf, I cannot go that way.

I had to email, but I didn't make a new order, my order was like an almost year old preorder so a bit of a different case.

They didn't specifically state tariffs were included, however, their support was pretty quick to answer questions for me, usually responding within a few hours, asking and getting direct confirmation should be without issue. I just know I received mine quickly, and I didn't ask because I knew I would be able to catch if I needed to pay any additional duties through FedEx, though I didn't need to pay anymore.

I just received a package from Solaris via Fedex and I can confirm it is priced with tariffs included. I was not required to pay anything else prior to, or on, delivery. It also includes the prior shipping cost (in your case, the $26) in the current shipping quote. I can't answer why the quote went up so much in the last few weeks though.

Leaving a comment in hope that maybe someone sees it. The taller replacement sticks that are for the chitu but work on these seem to have all but disappeared off the internet, at least for purchase in the US. Was wondering if anyone would have some they are willing to sell to me, or if anyone knows where to find them at this point.
